At Wyndham Physio and Rehabilitation, the Health and Safety of our staff, clients and the wider community continues to be our priority.

Our protocols for infection control are well established and we continue to closely follow advice from the Australian and State Governments and also the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) in regard to the everchanging situation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We continue to operate as per our normal business hours and have increased our infection control measures across the clinic to protect our staff and clients. All staff and clients will be temperature screened on entering the clinic and we ask that all who enter the clinic apply hand sanitiser which can be found on our sanitiser stand at reception.

Your treating physiotherapist will now be wearing a face mask during your consultation and we encourage our clients to wear a face mask whilst in the clinic in the interest of public health.
We also continue to follow strict social distancing rules in our waiting area therefore we ask that all clients once the consultation is complete to please exit the clinic in a timely manner.

We also ask that if you are feeling unwell with the following symptoms, however mild: fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, and loss of sense of smell or taste we respectfully ask in the interest of public health to stay home and contact reception to reschedule the appointment and to seek medical advice.
