Exercise can be tailored to suit particular injuries & conditions – to enable you to rehabilitate and improve your general fitness safely, according to individual circumstances.

Maria Mills & Maria Lucifora are our experienced Exercise Therapists, with many years of experience in the Fitness industry specialising in Pilates & Exercise Therapy.  Commencing at baseline levels, they progressively modify the programs according to client’s abilities and strengths.
